Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (3–10 business days)
– Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
– Available on select items for an additional fee.
– Contact support for availability and pricing.

Free Shipping
– Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders that meet the posted free-shipping threshold displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and order size.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.


Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, Phyotin Labs ships to addresses within the United States only.
  • Some oversized or restricted items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
  • Customers must provide a valid, complete shipping address.
    • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:
If your shipment appears lost, contact us at support@phyotin.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Deliveries:
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of delivery so we can process a replacement.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), Phyotin Labs will cover the return shipping cost.
