Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2 – 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (3–10 business days): Flat rate or calculated at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available on some items at an additional cost. Contact support for rates and availability.
- Free Shipping: Available on select promotions or when order total meets the advertised free-shipping threshold.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
- At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States only.
- Some oversized or restricted items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- Customers must provide a valid, complete shipping address.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain oversized or restricted products.
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid and complete shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipment fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@phyotin.com with your order details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- If your package arrives damaged, please provide photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of delivery so we can process a replacement.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real time.
