Refund & Return Policy

At Phyotin Labs, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple and transparent return process outlined below.
Return Eligibility — Supplements & Physical Products
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date.
- To qualify for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Opened bottles may be returned for store credit only, minus a 20% restocking fee.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@phyotin.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If eligible, our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- Print or clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your package.

Refunds & Store Credit
After your return is received and inspected:
- Unopened items: A refund (minus original shipping) will be issued to your original payment method.
- Opened items: A store credit will be issued for the product price, minus the 20% restocking fee and excluding shipping fees.
- Refund timeline: Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your account once processed.
- Returns received without a valid RMA will not be processed.
Processing time for returns may take up to 30 days from the date we receive your package.
Digital Products (eBooks, Journals, PDF Downloads)
All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital items.
If you experience an issue accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at support@phyotin.com and we will be happy to assist.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same product:
Email us at support@phyotin.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photo(s) of the damaged/defective item
If approved, we will provide an RMA and cover all return shipping costs for the defective item.
